A Ukrainian missile strike has blown a hole in a bridge connecting Russian-occupied parts of the Kherson location with annexed Crimea, officers stated on Thursday morning.
Vladimir Saldo, who was appointed by the Kremlin to direct Ukraine’s southern Kherson area just after it was seized subsequent Russian President Vladimir Putin‘s invasion, reported Kyiv’s forces had attacked attacked bridges on the administrative border concerning the Kherson region and Crimea, which was annexed by Russia in 2014.
“The legal Kyiv regime dedicated a barbarous shelling of civilian facilities—bridges on the administrative border among the Kherson region and Crimea in the vicinity of Chongar,” he wrote on his Telegram channel, sharing photographs of the strikes.

Saldo explained authorities think British Storm Shadow missiles were being utilised in the strikes.
“The street surface area on the bridges was weakened. There are no casualties,” he extra.
A tweet from geopolitical analyst Michael Horowitz shows a substantial hole in the highway floor of a bridge.

Crimea’s governor, Sergey Aksyonov, mentioned the Chongar bridge was struck right away on Thursday.
Ukraine hasn’t commented on the studies of strikes on bridges concerning the Kherson area and Crimea.
