Colin Diller, president of the rescue mission, said that when we went under one of the tunnels, we heard someone’s voice coming from inside. We then stopped the rescue operation and slowly started removing the debris. After hours of struggle, we pulled the young man safely out of the rubble weighing thousands of tons.
Colin Diller said that the rescued youth was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment. According to the information received, the rescue operation is still ongoing. So far 29 people have been rescued alive from the collapsing debris, while 29 people are still missing.
