Igor Artamonov, governor of Lipetsk, south of Moscow, said a decision had been taken to strengthen security measures in the area, with everyone currently told to keep calm. The region of Lipetsk is about 400 kilometers (250 mi) south of Moscow. Along with this, officials in the southern region of Rostov have also asked people to stay at home.
