Republican Congresswoman Lauren Boebert tussled with protesters and tried to take away a flag of Palestine from a statue through a contentious go to to George Washington University (GWU).
Greene and a delegation of her Home GOP colleagues arrived at the Washington, D.C. campus on Wednesday to demand from customers that pupils and other professional-Palestinian protesters demonstrating towards Israel’s assault on Gaza dismantle their encampment more than allegations of antisemitism.
In films shared on social media, Boebert is captured making an attempt to eliminate a Palestinian flag that had been draped about a statue of George Washington, telling the protesters that they have been infringing on “private assets.”
