A previous Boeing personnel turned whistleblower has died after a sudden health issues, his family members announced on Tuesday.
Joshua Dean, a previous Spirit AeroSystems staff, had accused the plane manufacturer of ignoring flaws in the manufacturing of the 737 MAX, a sequence whose reputation has been marred by a series of crashes and security challenges in the latest a long time.
Dean is the 2nd Boeing whistleblower to die quickly, soon after Josh Barnett was uncovered dead fewer than two months in the past. In accordance to South Carolina authorities, Barnett died of an evident self-inflicted gunshot wound.
