San Diego Padres infielder Tucupita Marcano is going through a life time ban for betting on baseball, the Wall Road Journal claimed on Monday.
Lindsey Adler and Jared Diamond documented for the WSJ that Marcano is at this time beneath investigation for gambling on baseball game titles even though on the hurt record for the Pittsburgh Pirates. There are also four other players reportedly underneath investigation for gambling while in the minor leagues.
