Nationals manager Dave Martinez was ejected for the second time in the earlier week Wednesday afternoon.
The argument that led to Martinez’s ejection took place in the sixth inning towards the Mariners just after Washington catcher Keibert Ruiz was identified as out for operating out of the baseline as he tried using to rating. The Nationals announcers couldn’t feel Ruiz was referred to as out, and neither could Martinez as he stormed onto the area and started arguing with home plate umpire Derek Thomas.
The Nationals announcers could not aid but poke fun at what they imagined Thomas may be declaring during Martinez’s elaborate efficiency.
“‘Look at me! I can toss you out,’” a person of the announcers reported in a mimicking voice.
Martinez then turned his awareness to crew main Mark Carlson and gave Carlson a piece of his head.

In contrast to previous Thursday’s exchange between Martinez and umpire Doug Eddings, which was caught on a microphone, Wednesday’s argument couldn’t be overheard.
