West Virginia Lawyer Typical Patrick Morrisey vowed to keep battling to retain biological males out of girls’ sports soon after a federal appeals courtroom ruled Tuesday to overturn a condition transgender sports activities ban mainly because it “violated the Equivalent Defense Clause and Title IX.”

The ACLU cheered the court’s choice and named it a “large victory” for Jackson and West Virginians.
