A Montana gentleman who pleaded guilty to leaving voicemail messages threatening to get rid of Democratic U.S. Sen. Jon Tester and his household was sentenced Wednesday to 2 1/2 many years in jail, the U.S. Attorney’s Business office reported.
Anthony James Cross, 30, of Billings pleaded guilty in January to building threats to injure and murder a U.S. senator.
U.S. District Court docket Decide Susan Watters accepted a plea settlement that called for dismissing a demand that Cross manufactured threats in opposition to President Joe Biden.
