Former President Trump filed a lawsuit versus E. Jean Carroll this week, suing for defamation soon after he claims she “falsely” accused him of rape.
The lawsuit will come after a federal jury in New York Metropolis decided very last month that Trump was not liable for rape but was liable for sexual abuse and defamation. The previous president has been purchased to spend $5 million. Trump vowed to appeal the ruling.
