Former President Trump’s protection lawyers are moving for a mistrial amid the testimony of pornographic actress Stormy Daniels.
Protection attorney Todd Blanche, just after court’s lunch split, advised Judge Juan Merchan that Daniels’ testimony Tuesday early morning was prejudicial.
Blanche mentioned the prosecution is attempting to inflame the jury with Daniels’ testimony, together with with evidence that he says does not issue. Blanche reported Daniels’ testimony on Tuesday was about “consent and danger” and reported that was “not the story that she was providing in 2016.” Blanche also reported that Daniels is testifying about consent, and explained that type of testimony “tends to make it unattainable to arrive again from.”Blanche reported the defense “objected as ideal we could but she was capable to say what she explained.”
