A best aide to New York City Mayor Eric Adams was slapped with a 2nd lawsuit alleging discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation on Wednesday, according to reports.
Timothy Pearson, a previous NYPD inspector who led the Mayor’s Place of work of Municipal Companies Evaluation, is getting sued by retired NYPD sergeant Michael Ferrari in a lawsuit filed in the New York Supreme Court in Manhattan on Wednesday. It comes right after retired NYPD Sgt. Roxanne Ludemann claimed harassment and retaliation against Pearson in a March lawsuit soon after allegedly rejecting his unwelcome developments.
Ferrari does not claim to be the subject matter of undesirable improvements from Pearson but does say he witnessed or was explained to of Pearson sexually harassing woman colleagues in the services assessment workplace, which include Ludemann. The suit states Ferrari was assigned by a better-up to check Pearson’s actions all over girls in the office environment, Politico documented.
“The hostile function ecosystem surrounding the sexual harassment carried more than to each individual member of the group irrespective of gender,” the criticism suggests.

Following a confrontation about the sexual harassment allegations in opposition to Pearson with a different leader, Ferrari said he was demoted back to patrol, costing him $2 million in shed income and pension earnings and prompting him to retire from his 16-calendar year occupation at the NYPD, the New York Every day Information documented.

The complaint also alleges Pearson manufactured a comment to Ferrari and another officer, Lt.
