1st ON FOX: The Household Oversight Committee is launching an investigation into the results of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) courses on the U.S. military services.
Reps. Glenn Grothman, R-Wis., and Jim Banking companies, R-Ind., chairs of the Oversight panel’s subcommittees on national stability and armed service personnel respectively, sent a letter to the head of the Pentagon’s Defense Advisory Committee on Variety and Inclusion (DACODAI) on Monday demanding to know what criteria and details resources are likely into his once-a-year DEI report to Protection Secretary Lloyd Austin.
The subcommittee chairs billed that “beneath the guise of DEI, promotions are staying rewarded primarily based on sex, gender, ethnicity, and race at the price of merit.”

The 101-website page doc is largely a compilation of testimony from armed forces recruits and their families expressing dismay at DEI coaching in the armed forces.
“The bulk of cadets do not like this instruction and see it as divisive and undesirable for morale. But the academy carries on to elevate the voices of cadets who agree with the schooling and want to unfold leftist ideology even more,” the report said. “A minority cadet wrote to STARRS and claimed: ‘I see so quite a few shiny younger Cadets right here who know what is heading on is incorrect but at the exact same time are way too scared to communicate up. The panic we feel, not staying capable to deal with our issues only would make the lack of courage issue worse.’… Why would this cadet say this if the extent of DEI coaching (indoctrination seriously) is only 16 out of 2400 several hours?”
