A Pennsylvania state court docket on Tuesday rejected the latest Republican effort to throw out the presidential battleground state’s wide mail-in voting legislation that has turn out to be a GOP focus on next previous President Donald Trump’s baseless statements about election fraud.

But the Commonwealth Court docket, in a 24-web page view, unanimously observed that the court decisions did not invalidate “the dating provision” of the legislation. It dismissed the lawsuit, in favor of Gov. Josh Shapiro’s administration and the nationwide and point out Democratic parties.
