Former presidential hopeful Nikki Haley and her household welcomed husband Michael household today just after a 12 months-long deployment with the South Carolina Army Nationwide Guard.
The previous South Carolina governor, United Nations Ambassador and Republican presidential candidate shared the pictures on her X account with the concept, “That moment when you eventually get a breath…It’s been a lengthy calendar year but even for a longer period without each other.”

The Haley family’s military services assistance came underneath fireplace previously this calendar year when previous President Donald Trump requested in a February rally in the Palmetto point out “What transpired to [Nikki Haley’s] spouse? Exactly where is he? He’s gone. He knew. He realized.”
Ambassador Haley fired back again on X, posting “Michael is deployed serving our nation, anything you know nothing about.”
The two have been married nearly 30 years and share two kids, Rena and Nalin, with each other.
Haley credits her partner Michael with her conversion to Christianity and referred to him in 2023 soon after a ceremony at the Citadel as “my rock.”
Michael Haley has served in the South Carolina Army National Guard because 2006 and retains the rank of Significant. He has previously deployed to Afghanistan and most not too long ago returned from the Horn of Africa.
