Hunter Biden’s attorney Abbe Lowell accused U.S. congressmen of harboring an “obsession with attacking the Biden family members” and disregarding protocol in a fiery assertion on Friday.
Fox Information obtained a 10-page letter from Lowell, which was despatched to Rep. Jason Smith, R-Mo., Chairman of the Dwelling Committee on Techniques and Implies.
In the letter, Lowell inquiries why Republicans circulated reportedly fake photographs of the alleged WhatsApp messages involving Hunter.
An IRS whistleblower included in the tax evasion scenario from Hunter claimed that in WhatsApp messages, the president’s son invoked his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, to tension a Chinese business companion.
The alleged messages clearly show Hunter boasting the elder Biden was in the home whilst he was producing bargains.
“The monitor-grab pictures you posted are not real and include myriad of concerns,” Lowell described, introducing that the alleged WhatsApp messages did not resemble the platform and appeared altered.
“Several media article content ensure that info purported to have arrive from Mr. Biden’s equipment has been altered or manipulated,” Lowell wrote.

The authorized team of Gary Shapley, the IRS whistleblower who gave a testimony to the Approaches and Implies Committee last month, denounced the letter Friday.
“Biden relatives attorneys have resorted to intimidation prior to – reportedly threatening federal prosecutors with ‘career suicide’ if they charged Hunter Biden – so this endeavor to intimidate our customer and the oversight authorities scrutinizing the politicization of that scenario is no shock,” the statement go through.
