The condition governments in Oklahoma and Florida are telling universities not to conform to President Biden’s modifications to Title IX procedures.
Oklahoma State Superintendent Ryan Walters introduced Thursday morning that he has instructed schools in his point out not to comply with the Biden administration’s alterations to Title IX, which include things like gender id protections.
