Twelve people today ended up taken to the medical center Saturday immediately after a lazy river swimming pool in Houston was apparently more than-chlorinated, city fireplace officials stated Saturday.
The publicity took place shortly right before 5 p.m. at a spot in the Briarforest neighborhood, the Houston Fireplace Department said in a statement.
Houston Fireplace Chief Samuel Peña said the trigger “seems to be an over-chlorination of the pool(s).”
In an original tweet, the department claimed seven kids and a few grown ups went to the hospital and some of the people drove or rode in personal automobiles.
Peña later on claimed 12 persons were being transported from the pool.
Situations for the patients had been unavailable.
