Crystal Hefner is vehemently shooting down claims built by Holly Madison about her marriage with late partner Hugh Hefner.
On the Monday, Might 13, episode of her “Girls Next Level” podcast, Holly, 44, alleged Crystal, 38, still left Hugh just days prior to their 2011 marriage “because she was disappointed with the prenup.”
In an exclusive statement to Us Weekly, Crystal — who ultimately reconciled with Hugh and married the Playboy mogul on New Year’s Eve in 2012 — denied the allegation.
“This isn’t even real,” Crystal stated. “When I came back again I signed the precise exact issue. I do not know how she can credibly remark on something she was not about for and has no plan about. I wish she would quit picking on me.”
At the time of the break up, Crystal wrote on her website that she created the final decision to finish the engagement, noting that she taken care of “the utmost respect for Hef.”
Hugh confirmed the information, writing on Twitter at the time: “The wedding day is off. Crystal has had a alter of heart.”
All these yrs later on, Holly — who dated Hugh from 2001 to 2008 — argued there was extra to the tale.
“What I heard years back was it was because she was not happy with the prenup,” Holly explained throughout a discussion with Hugh’s son Marston Hefner on the podcast. “Your dad desired to give her $2 million in his will and she stated, ‘That’s not sufficient. That’s not more than enough to invest in a residence. I’m becoming taken benefit of.’”
The previous Women Next Doorway star ongoing, “They acquired in a large struggle around it. [Hugh] reported, ‘I didn’t know I was marrying a gold digger.’”
Holly was rapid to issue out her allegations ended up “hearsay” but arrived from “people I belief quite a great deal who had been shut to Crystal at the time.”
“I also heard she was inquiring for $5,000 a 7 days in allowance whilst she was there,” Holly ongoing. “Which is wonderful if that’s what you want to question for and that is what he agrees to, but obviously which is exactly where she’s receiving the money to devote in all her real estate investments.”
Holly further more disputed Crystal’s claim that didn’t profit economically from her relationship to Hefner, which lasted right until he died of sepsis in 2017 at age 91.
“She’s hoping to act like she hardly ever obtained a penny from him,” Holly argued, “and that she’s this magical girlboss who’s generating $7,000 a day DJing and she just magically turned that into a real estate empire.”
Marston, 34, who referred to as Crystal “a grasp manipulator” throughout the podcast conversation, claimed he had no trouble with Crystal “making revenue off of this situation” but criticized her alleged lack of honesty when it will come to getting a benefactor of his late father.
“Be transparent about it,” he mentioned. “There’s practically nothing to be ashamed about setting up an empire from my father who’s supporting you out and you create it your self.”
