The iconic TV host, 61, looked sensational in a sparkly gold mini-dress as she danced the night away at the swanky Pride themed event.
The stylish frock featured a sheer panelled neckline and hugged every inch of her incredible figure.
Vanessa slipped her feet into a silver metallic sandals and toted her essentials for the evening in an oversized clutch.

Last month Vanessa revealed she was throwing herself back into finding love, as she headed off to her first date in 17 years.
The presenter took to Instagram to share her ‘nerves’ as she prepared to meet her first suitor, as part of filming for the E4 series Celebs Go Dating.
She told her followers: ‘OMG going off on my first date for Celebs Go Dating, I haven’t been on a date for 17 years, so just imagine who i’m feeling I can’t even find the words to describe it and I’m good at words.
‘So that’s where I’m going this morning, and I wish you all a very happy Friday!’
Vanessa captioned her post: ‘Off on my first date @celebsgodating !!! Flipping heck!!! Nervous or what?’
The This Morning star signed up for the E4 show after her tough break-up from cheating fiancé Ben.
She apparently made the decision to star in the show after months of talks with show bosses who were keen to sign her up, according to the Sun.

TalkTV presenter Vanessa, who broke up with Ben in February, became the first celebrity to agree to be on the new series.
An insider told the publication: ‘When Vanessa was first approached to do the show, she wasn’t 100% sure as the break-up was very fresh and she didn’t want to rush into anything.
‘Now she has had time to think about it and she’s decided to give it a whirl. Her relationship coming to a devastating, unexpected end after 16 years has made her realise that life is short and you have to grab opportunities when they come your way.
They added: ‘She’s not necessarily expecting to find her soulmate, but she’s also keeping an open mind because stranger things have happened.
‘At 61 years old, she wants to have fun, live life and try new things – and this fits the bill perfectly.’
Vanessa is one of the biggest names Channel 4 bosses have snapped up for the show and they see her appearance on the show as quite a coup.
The source revealed that bosses are certain she will be the star attraction of the series and that viewers will be enchanted by her in her quest to find Mr Right.
