A dazzling pad in inner-city Melbourne that was once home to pop star Tina Arena is set to go under the hammer.
Located in Fitzroy just 3kms from the CBD, the two-storey three-bedroom, two-bathroom terrace has been listed with a price guide of $2.95million-$3.2million.
Tina, 56, sold the vintage property to the current owners in 2017 for $1.63million after buying it 2015 for a mere $1.38million.
The buyers then splashed out on major renovations reported the Herald Sun on Saturday.
Included in the updates was a completely made over backyard which now features a ‘botanic garden’.

It comes after Tina Arena recently put on a glamorous display in a satin and feathered gown as the 2024 AFL Gather Round welcome dinner earlier this month.
The Australian singer pulled out all the stops as she belted out some of her top hits to kick off the four-day football festival at Glenelg Foreshore.
Tina’s latest performance comes after she sparked rumours that she had secretly tied the knot with her partner Mattias earlier this year.
In January, Tina flashed what appeared to be a gold wedding band alongside an apparent engagement ring as she went shopping with Mattias in Melbourne.

Tina was first spotted wearing an engagement ring in November 2022, when she was seen wearing the huge diamond while gardening at her Melbourne home.
She has been ‘quietly dating’ Mattias since August 2021, according to Woman’s Day.
Mattias is believed to be living with Tina at her home in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
Tina was previously married to her former manager Ralph Carr in a tumultuous union from 1995 to 1999.
Daily Mail Australia reached out to Tina for comment at the time.
