Locky Gilbert and Irena Srbinovska welcomed their first child together just two months ago.
The Bachelor stars, who first fell in love on the show in 2020, are on the road with their newborn daughter, Ava, travelling through remote locations in Australia.
On Sunday, Irena gave her fans a glimpse at what life is like on the road with such a small baby, opening her inbox to questions about how she manages.
She admitted the hardest lesson is that, ‘everything just takes a little longer with a baby. Like setting up the van, I now hold Ava while Locky sets up.’
Irena further explained how the couple manage the long drives.

‘We broke up the 13hr drive over three days with stops half way for feeds and nappy changes. Otherwise Ava slept the entire drive. She didn’t stir or cry’ she said.
The former reality star further responded to a question on whether she worries being in remote areas without easy access to hospitals.
‘Obviously we are very remote. We are about 90 mins from Exmouth so I consulted a GP (my bestie) before we left Perth about what to pack’ she said.
‘Firstly we have the Starlink connected as there is no phone service here plus we have a radio in the car’ Irena continued.

‘We always travel with a first aid kit and then to that I have added: Infant paracetamol, Infacol, Nilstat, a cool wrap, nasal aspirator and a digital thermometer’.
She further wrote in an Instagram caption: ‘By far the happiest I have ever been in my life is being a mum to Ava. I am taking in every single moment with her and I hope this is the beginning of a lifetime of travel and adventures for our little girl.
‘Don’t get me wrong, travelling with a baby hasn’t been easy but all is forgotten when I see her smiling and giggling.’
Irena added: ‘We did a little longer than we usually would take to get up here. We broke up the 13hr trip over three days with lots of stops for Ava and Odin (their dog).
