It is a shame we didn’t see far more of the “real” John Sugar. I put “real” in estimates mainly because in its last several hours, Sugar the show is reaching for a thing about the fluid state of “self” and its unavoidable integration with humanity’s darkest impulses. So what I’m really saying is it’s a disgrace we did not get more time with the totally disclosed John Sugar from outer house, awash in the silver-display goals and serious-world violence of Sunny California’s gorgeous, decaying human race. You can’t ever just observe. You will inevitably obtain love. Get despise. Then transmit.
But hey, now that we have bought the alien reveal out of the way (and presuming we’ve all decided to adhere all over for the previous two episodes), we’re no cost to take pleasure in the remaining threads of the mystery at hand. Where by is Olivia? Who has her? And why is this Additional-Terrestrial special op “Polyglot Society” seeking to prevent one of their individual from locating her?
