Marizza Delgado, 25, received the yearly pageant contest out of 170 contestants in Albany, New York, on Sunday.
Delgado wore a sequin dress as she been given the Overlook New York Usa sash, a crown, and a bouquet of red roses on the stage.
She had tears in her eyes in pictures from the minute she gained the competitors.

The Filipino-American trend model succeeds last year’s winner Rachelle Di Stasio.
