Shirtless David Beckham shows off his chiselled abs as he works out with wife Victoria in their lavish private gym

David Beckham displayed his toned physique as he posed shirtless for a sexy Instagram photo in the gym on Sunday. 

The former footballer, 48, showcased his ripped abs and tattoos in a pair of navy sports shorts and kept comfortable in a pair of bright green trainers.

David looked away from the camera as he thanked his wife Victoria, 50, for being his ‘lighting technician’ while posing up a storm in the superstar couple’s dimly-lit private gym. 

He wrote: ‘Can’t beat a little down lighting. Thanks to my lighting technician @victoriabeckham with a little help from @mrbobbyrich’. 

The Spice Girl re-shared her husband’s sexy snap and wrote: ‘Loving David’s album cover!!’

His followers were also impressed with the snap as they flooded the comments with praise, writing: ‘Ripped Beckham; So amazing David; The best; Legend’.

David has previously given a glimpse into his gruelling workouts, sharing a video last month of himself performing hanging knee ups while shirtless. 

Clad in nothing but a pair of red shorts and matching trainers, the athlete left his ripped physique on full display.

He also allowed his fans a good look at his extensive ink collection, boasting more than 60 tattoos across his arms, legs, neck, back and torso.

He demonstrated how he manages to maintain his chiselled abs and bulging biceps, as he effortlessly pulled his knees up working his abs in the impressive clip.

However, David was less preoccupied with his display of physical prowess and stamina, than he was by his hair. 

Captioning the video, he jokingly hit out at his personal trainer, Bobby Rich, writing: “Knee’s up to your chest“ shut up Bob @mrbobbyrich hairs a mess that’s more important right now’.

Showing her commitment to keeping in shape, Victoria also shared a video of herself performing hanging knee ups while wearing her Airboot cast earlier this month. 

Despite working up a sweat, Victoria admitted that she was ‘over’ her broken foot, writing on her Stories: ‘Seriously WTF?! Totally over it.’

David told fans the designer had broken her foot in the gym on his Instagram Story on Valentine’s Day.

Sharing an update on her condition, David revealed: ‘Apparently my wife’s little accident in the gym was a clean break… [sad face]’

David shared a photograph of Victoria’s foot strapped up in a medical boot as she recovered from the injury.

Mother-of-four Victoria looked sensational as she arrived at her star-studded 50th birthday bash at swanky private members club Oswald’s in London’s Mayfair earlier this month. 

The fashion designer stunned in a semi-sheer floor-length green gown while hobbling into the venue on crutches alongside her family.
