Sarah Paulson has got the blues, but she doesn’t seem all that sad about it.
The Golden Globe winner, 49, rocked a funky blue look on Monday night as she attended the 49th Chaplin Award Gala in New York City with her Appropriate co-star Ella Beatty.
She donned an asymmetrical sleeveless blue top that draped off one shoulder, paired with black palazzo pants.
Paulson finished the look with a pair of mismatched jeweled earrings, a matching bracelet and pointed black heels.
The American Horror Story alum carried a black wicker clutch as she walked the red carpet.

She wore her short hair combed back, framing a contoured blush beauty look.
Paulson previously told longtime pal Pedro Pascal that she steers away from botox as they discussed aging gracefully for Interview Magazine.
‘I don’t shoot anything into my face at this particular juncture, I imagine everyone knows I’m 49,’ she said.
Beatty, 24, donned a white dress made of structured gauze bandages, which draped to her ankles in a fringe skirt.
The young actress — who is the daughter of Warren Beatty and Annette Bening — made her Broadway debut last month alongside Paulson in Appropriate, a dark comic family drama.
Marking her first Broadway show in 13 years, Paulson told Pascal, 49, she expects the return will ‘age me rapidly.’
‘Sometimes I’m backstage doing this play, Appropriate, and I’m thinking, “Wow, I’m making these facial expressions multiple times a day all day for months on end. I’ve never had those lines in between my eyebrows,”‘ she explained.
Paulson added, ‘Well, I expect when I’m done with this play, they’ll be there permanently.’

In January, Paulson celebrated partner Holland Taylor‘s 81st birthday with a sweet video tribute.
‘My phone made this. And I like it. Happy Birthday to my one and only love. You are, quite simply- my world. I love you,’ she wrote.
The couple began dating in 2015, and Taylor was there to support Paulson when Appropriate debuted in December.
Appropriate is running at the Belasco Theatre until June 23.
