Richard Wilkins has become a grandfather for a third time.
The entertainment reporter, 69, announced the exciting news on Instagram on Sunday and shared the newborn’s unusual name.
‘What an overwhelming joy to meet the youngest member of our little family Amira Jean. what a perfect little princess you are, absolutely divine! Born 6/4/24,’ he captioned the post.
‘GrandDaddyPapaBear loves you so much … and can’t wait to watch you make your mark on the world!’ he continued.
‘Congratulations to your magnificent parents Bree and Nick … I love you and am so proud!’

Amira is the first child for Wilkins’ son Nick and his wife Bree. The pair married in March 2023.
His daughter Rebecca and her husband James Bateman share daughters Bella, five, and Abigail, three.

In 2022, Richard spoke of the joy of fatherhood.
‘There are a few different mums involved,’ ladies’ man Richard told 9Honey Parenting of his rather complicated family situation.
‘But we never used the word half, we never used the word step, they all have their own relationships with each other,’ he added.
Richard said he loves it when his family get together, especially at Christmas.

‘I love Christmas dinners. We’ve got a nice big dining table upstairs, we sit outdoors there, everybody’s participating, everybody’s running around, there’s music playing dogs barking and kids and more grandkids are coming along,’ he said.
The TV personality likes to keep his personal life private, but is often seen at events with his son Christian, a social media influencer.
The mother of his daughter Estella is famed fashion designer Collette Dinnigan.
