Partying it up at London Pride! Gemma Collins and Demi Sims lead the stars celebrating

Gemma Collins and Demi Sims led the stars celebrating London Pride in style on Saturday.

The annual event in the capital promotes greater inclusivity and acceptance of LGBT+ communities.

And Gemma was certainly in a celebratory mood as she joined pals Jedward at Clockstock, Chelmsford where they partied up a storm backstage.

The former TOWIE star, 42, cut a bold figure in a sparkly pink jacket and a white wide-rimmed hat as she danced with the twins, 31, to DJ Fat Tony’s set. 

Meanwhile, TOWIE babe Demi Sims, 26, welcomed in London Pride on Friday night at a Superdrug Pride event at The Vauxhall Tavern.

The reality star looked incredible in leather look statement basque and matching pleated mini skirt as she strolled along in knee-high blue biker boots.

Meanwhile, Jade Thirlwall attended a special Pride Brunch at Berners Tavern, on Saturday, which was co-hosted by Jean Paul Gaultier, Violet Chachki and Henry Holland.

The former Little Mix singer, 30, wowed in rainbow colours as she stepped out in a floor length tie dress frock and white trainers.

Nicola Coughlan, 36, channeled Barbie core in a hot pink dress as she joined Pixie Geldof, 32, who kept things muted in a low-key ensemble.

Derry Girls star Nicola wore her eye-catching frock with a baby pink black shirt while carrying her belongings in a heart print handbag.

Pixie – the model daughter of Bob Geldof and Paula Yates – teamed jeans with a black ribbed cami and silky shirt, but added a subtle colour-pop with burgundy velvet shoes.

Jessie Ware, 38, looked sensational in a stretchy black maxi dress which featured the image of a wine glass across its front.

The singer completed her Pride look with a white clutch bag, a red manicure and heavy black eye make-up. 

In addition to those attending London Pride events, some celebrities shared their support on Instagram.

Amanda Holden posted five shots of herself wearing bold outfits to create a rainbow of colours, and wrote alongside: ‘#happypride #chooselove’. 

This year, the official London Pride parade ran from Hyde Park Corner, through Piccadilly Circus, down Haymarket and along Pall Mall to Trafalgar Square, culminating at Whitehall Place.

Beverley Knight, 50, shared a similar upload of herself in a variety of colourful looks for the same effect, which she captioned: ‘Happy Pride my luvs.

‘I hope you all have an amazing time! Please be safe. You have no idea just how much appreciate your acknowledgment of my allyship.’

Adam Lambert headlined the London Pride stage in Trafalgar Square, with support from Idina Menzel, Todrick Hall and a surprise performance from Rita Ora. 

The parade – led by the Mayor of London – saw around 600 groups made up from LGBT+ Community Groups, LGBT+ businesses, and partners, joining together. 

As a non-profit organisation, any surplus funds generated by London Pride are reinvested back into the LGBT+ community, to support initiatives and campaigns that aim to promote greater inclusivity and acceptance.
