NCIS’ Katrina Law, Brian Dietzen Tease ‘Speed Bumps’ for Jess, Jimmy

NCIS stars Katrina Legislation and Brian Dietzen are teasing tough waters forward for their characters’ romance forward of the year 21 finale.
