Lots of Appreciate Island U.K. alums have traded the villa for the nursery, welcoming kids with — or without the need of — their fellow contestants.
Season 2 winners Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey are dad and mom of two. They share son Freddie, born in December 2017, and daughter Delilah, born in July 2020.

They declared in December 2023 that they had been expecting child No. 3, a son, who arrived the next May perhaps.
