Lots of Appreciate Island U.K. alums have traded the villa for the nursery, welcoming kids with — or without the need of — their fellow contestants.
Season 2 winners Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey are dad and mom of two. They share son Freddie, born in December 2017, and daughter Delilah, born in July 2020.
