Let Emma D’Arcy and Olivia Cook

It is genuinely the year of the push tour. But it seriously wouldn’t be complete with out Dwelling of the Dragon’s Emma D’Arcy and Olivia Cooke’s crazy chemistry, now would it? The actors guiding the two queens of Westeros, Rhaenyra (D’Arcy) and Alicent (Cooke), return to our little screens to, absolutely sure, endorse year two of the HBO series, but seriously to make us really feel dizzy more than them just sitting down throughout from each and every other. And though there isn’t quite an earthshaking negroni sbagliato moment yet, this measly a few-minute video clip of D’Arcy and Cooke is a heat-up that is literally already driving parts of Twitter crazy. I don’t even want to look at AO3 yet.

In the video, D’Arcy and Cooke are looking at the telly to recount 3 critical scenes amongst the two in Home of the Dragon like Rhaenyra’s “messy and visceral” birthing scene. Cooke says it seemed tricky to shoot, to which D’Arcy quips they “like it when it’s kind of messy, however.” Even Cooke is taken aback: “Next just one?” The upcoming one particular isn’t any fewer flirty. With the odds of Rhaenyra and Alicent reuniting in time two of HOTD slender, we need this push tour far more than ever.
