Larry David’s mom wrote to NY Post columnist concerned that the comedian, then 12, ‘hates people’

Larry David — whose character on “Curb Your Enthusiasm” declared that he finds “human call repulsive” — exposed Tuesday that his mom once wrote to a longtime New York Article columnist and psychologist in excess of fears about her then-12-12 months-previous son’s dislike for people.

“And what seriously gave it absent — ‘He doesn’t trick-or-deal with. He doesn’t go out trick-or-dealing with.’ That is me! I didn’t trick or treat. I knew it was me,” he exclaimed.

David claimed he wished he saved the newspaper clipping but without the need of a doubt understood that the query was composed about his preteen self.

His mom was often anxious about her youthful son and urged him to see a psychiatrist, supplying to pay back for it, according to a 2015 Vulture profile of the star.

And to this day, he continue to stands by his dislike of the Halloween sweet-gathering custom.
