Gypsy Rose Blanchard has submitted for a non permanent restraining order versus her estranged spouse, Ryan Anderson.
According to court documents attained by People, Blanchard, 32, submitted for the protective order at the 17th Judicial District Court in the Parish of Lafourche, Louisiana.
The move arrives just after she submitted for divorce Monday.
The Post has reached out to Blanchard for comment.
Resources close to the former couple told TMZ that Anderson, 37, obtained “super-argumentative” with Blanchard following her release from Missouri’s Chillicothe Correctional Heart on Dec. 28.
Anderson and Blanchard started talking in 2020 right after he contacted her via snail mail.
Blanchard, who was in prison for plotting the 2015 stabbing loss of life of her abusive mother Dee Dee Blanchard, married Anderson in 2022.
Before this month, Page 6 described that Blanchard allegedly feared that Anderson, who is a distinctive desires instructor, would strike her right after the pair had a large combat.
Blanchard in the beginning declared their separation in a now-deleted Fb message on March 28.
“People have been asking what is likely on in my daily life. Regretably my partner and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my mother and father [sic] dwelling down the bayou,” she reportedly wrote, for each Individuals.
“I have the support of my loved ones and buddies to assistance guidebook me via this. I am studying to hear to my heart. Correct now I need to have time to let myself obtain … who I am.”
Anderson informed the Each day Mail that he was saddened by his wife’s selection to depart him.

According to Anderson, he was “blindsided” by how immediately his ex appeared to allegedly jump back into a partnership with her previous fiancé Ken Urker.
