Frankie Valli’s son Emilio has been granted a temporary restraining buy versus his brother Francesco, The Put up can verify.
Emilio, 29, submitted his request in Los Angeles on April 8, and it was granted by a decide on April 10.
In the submitting, Emilio claimed that he and Frankie, 89, had been threatened by Francesco when the 36-12 months-outdated allegedly attempted to crack into his dad’s residence on April 5.

A courtroom hearing is scheduled for April 29.
