Emma Stone was dressed to the nines in Lousy Items, topping off her seems to be with a killer purple lip.
Stone, 35, played Bella Baxter in the 2024 Oscar-profitable movie, a character who was brought back again to lifestyle with the brain of a little one. Her make-up was strategically decided on to match the character’s journey.
“Pat [McGrath]’s colours are so wealthy and vivid, I constantly gravitate towards her products. I needed to find a very deep red for her mouth, and ‘Forbidden Love’ is a excellent shade that appears period-appropriate but also offers the depth I was wanting for,” the film’s make-up artist, Nadia Stacey, told Bustle in March. “If Bella is effectively only applying a few solutions in that second, you need them to make an influence.”
“Forbidden Love” is a shade of McGrath’s MatteTrance Lipstick, which offers a creamy matte texture that can be applied in a one swipe. It is created with an oil-infused powder system that delivers a lush, smooth-emphasis effect that feels comfortable to the contact.
