Emily Alyn Lind and Celeste O’Connor had a ton of exciting filming the new Ghostbusters film, specifically when it arrived to functioning with these a star-studded cast, which include the primary 1984 Ghostbusters members.

Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, the sequel to 2021’s Ghostbusters: Afterlife, premiered in theaters in March and starred a number of popular faces, including OG cast customers Murray, 73, Aykroyd, 71, Ernie Hudson, Annie Potts and William Atherton. Paul Rudd, Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace, O’Connor and Logan Kim reprised their roles from Afterlife while Lind, Kumail Nanjiani, Patton Oswalt and James Acaster also joined the cast.
Aside from doing the job with the original solid users, O’Connor, 25, shared that she also learned a lot from Nanjiani, 46.
“It was genuinely enjoyable to work with Kumail, primarily mainly because he is a comic on and off monitor, and he improvised a whole lot in our scenes and I feel which is something that I figured out from his is just getting hazards and striving anything,” she described to Us. “He would improvise a little something and probably it would be truly humorous, but it would not perform for the scene, and then we would try out one thing else. It was awesome to be in a position to study that sort of openness and playfulness from him.”
O’Connor and Lind went on to share that the cast obtained to hold out with each other outside of set — and the twosome made a close friendship with not only just about every other but other solid members.
“I enjoy Mckenna. It was so great performing with her. We had these types of a bond from the beginning, from the get-go,” Lind advised Us of her “talented” costar. “Everyone was so awesome. It was so good seeing all people at the premiere and ideally we can all be lifelong pals.”
O’Connor famous that she thinks her and Wolfhard, 21, will be “friends for a long time” right after turning out to be close although filming Afterlife.

“I’ve type of just found him develop up. Aside from teaming up in the new Ghostbusters sequel, Lind and O’Connor also partnered up for Pure Leaf’s manufacturer-new zero sugar sweet tea campaign known as “The Unbelievably Sweet Files.”
“This was the excellent collab due to the fact the new sweet tea has zero sugar, so it is basically like an unbelievable condition, correct? Sweet tea with zero sugar. It is unbelievable,” O’Connor defined. “So we have some encounter busting ghosts and busting myths, so it just felt correct.”
