Pauly Shore and his club the Comedy Keep are remaining sued by a comic who promises he was assaulted by the club’s safety in December.
Plaintiff Eliot Preschutti filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Excellent Court docket on Thursday.

In the lawsuit, Preschutti states that his affiliation with the Comedy Retailer dates again to 1999 and that he had earlier dealings with Shore and his mother, Mitzi.
Neither Shore nor the Comedy Store’s basic manager immediately replied to The Times’ request for comment.
