A luxury residence in one of Brisbane‘s most sought after neighbourhoods has been snapped up by Coffee Club founder Emmanuel Drivas for an eye-watering $7.5million.
Drivas, 69, bought the seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom East Brisbane penthouse in the plush Eighteen Park apartment complex, which is still under construction reports the Herald Sun.
Featuring stunning views of the Brisbane River, the penthouse spans 470m square metres and takes up one entire floor of the building.
Drivas now plans to sell-off his mansion in Brisbane’s Holland Park and redesign his new pad ahead of the official opening of the apartment complex in 2025.

Meanwhile, the ultra-modern apartment block is set to feature the best in resort style luxury living.
Designed by boutique architects Altis, the swanky residence of only 28 apartments will feature a dramatic lobby design with soaring 4m high ceilings.
Other highlights include a gym equipped with up to the minute technology and bike storage, and an entertainment deck.
There is also a wellness centre including sauna and yoga deck.

Drivas, meanwhile, is one of Brisbane’s most well-known businessman.
In 1989, Drivas and two associates Emmanuel Kokoris and John Lazarou, founded The Coffee Club.
