Casey Donovan reveals thrilling new career move as she takes on an iconic role: ‘I grew up watching the movies’

Casey Donovan is having on an legendary new function following staying solid as the guide in the  Sister Act stage musical.

The singer is enjoying the portion made well-known by none other than Whoopi Goldberg in the 1992 movie, as she measures into the dancing sneakers of Sister Deloris Van Cartier.

‘It is large, it is remarkable, it is all of the items,’ Casey told the Each day Telegraph this 7 days.

Sister Act opens at the Capitol Theatre in Sydney in August and the Regent Theatre Melbourne in November.

She went on to say she has ‘never been happier’ and her partnership has created her feel additional confident.

‘It has taken me to come across the appreciate of my everyday living and to kiss a number of frogs – and go as a result of a pretty huge section of my everyday living that was hard – to locate self-assurance and contentment inside of myself.’
