Top Dwelling Republicans on Wednesday despatched felony referrals to the Justice Department recommending President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden and brother James Biden be billed with building fake statements to Congress.
The letter from the 3 GOP committee chairmen to Attorney Standard Merrick Garland and exclusive counsel David Weiss comes as Hunter Biden is standing demo on unrelated gun costs brought by Weiss in federal court in Delaware. The demo commenced Monday.

The letter by Dwelling Oversight Chair James Comer, R-Ky.
