The Japanese carmaker’s “Do Not Travel” warn applies to 83,920 specific model calendar year 2002-2006 Nissan Sentra, 2002-2004 Nissan Pathfinder and 2002-2003 Infiniti QX4 motor vehicles that may well have Takata airbags that ended up recalled in 2020.
The inventory was down approximately 3% throughout Wednesday’s session subsequent the warning.
“NHTSA is urging all motor vehicle owners to straight away look at to see if their auto has an open up Takata airbag remember,” the NHTSA mentioned in a assertion. “If you have just one of these automobiles, do not drive it right up until the mend is finished and the defective airbag is changed.”
