US advice to China
He further said that the People’s Republic of China wants strong relations with Europe and other countries. Also it is helping Russia which is a threat to Europe’s security. The special thing is that this is not only the case of America but G7 countries, NATO and European countries also believe the same. Vedant further said that China, by helping Russia, is not only increasing the threat to Ukraine’s security, but it is also jeopardizing the security of Europe. As long as this continues, Beijing will not be able to maintain good relations with Europe.
Putin is on a visit to China
The US statement came at a time when Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in China on his first foreign trip after becoming President of Russia for the fifth time, where Putin met Chinese President Xi Jinping. The two leaders targeted the US during a joint press conference, accusing it of trying to upset the nuclear balance. The two leaders also agreed to enhance defense partnership between Russia and China. Xi Jinping said that we are in favor of resolving the Ukraine war through political settlement. The friendship between Russia and China serves as a stabilizing factor amid the ongoing battle for world supremacy.
