Kim Zolciak took to Instagram Stories Wednesday with a series of post documenting an early birthday celebration she enjoyed with her daughter Brielle Biermann and a friend.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 45, who turns 46 on Sunday, May 19, shared a series of slides from the outing as she and her daughter, 27, dressed up for a dinner at a high-end restaurant.
Zolciak, amid reports her Georgia mansion could be foreclosed on as early as Friday, donned a sleeveless dark silver gown with strappy black heels as her blonde locks down.
She toted a purse with a diagonal black and white stripe pattern on the outing, snapping selfies into a mirror on the night out.
‘Celebrating my birthday a little early,’ Zolciak said in text displayed on the Stories post, tagging in her friend @brianbnyc. ‘Thank you for always loving and spoiling me.’

Zolciak elicited strong reactions from fans on social media April 23 after she shared a black and white photo of her and estranged husband Kroy Biermann with the caption, ‘RIP’
The Don’t Be Tardy star generated controversy online on April 23, when she explicitly implied in an Instagram post that her estranged husband Kroy Biermann, 38, had died, which was not true.
Zolciak put up a black-and-white photo of the former couple captioned, ‘RIP,’ with an emoji of a broken heart and the hashtag #LinkInBio.
Zolciak wound up deleting the misleading post and attempted explaining to her 3.3 million followers that the controversy was a misunderstanding, as the death she was referring to was that of her marriage to Kroy, not him personally.
The Bravo star, in response, faced accusations of raising a false alarm to generate ‘clicks’ for her page.
On April 25, Zolciak shared an old photo of herself and Kroy, 38, along with a cryptic caption encouraging fans to click a link in her Instagram profile that would reveal the ‘truth.’
She said, ‘#LinkInBio… I am TIRED OF ALL THE LIES and ACCUSATIONS. EVERY DAY it’s always something new. I’m tired of so much BS being thrown my way. So you want to know “what died?” Here’s the truth.’
The link led to the news website Warped Speed, where Zolciak attempted to clarify the ‘RIP’ post – assuring Kroy is ‘alive and well’ – while also slamming her outraged fans.
‘So everyone in the world, it seems, is talking about my post yesterday. Let’s be clear— at no point did I claim Kroy was dead nor did I allude to that,’ her statement began.

‘In fact, I used a picture of BOTH of us and said #RIP- and, frankly, the end of my relationship was like a death of sorts so #RIP to that.’
Zolciak noted that the story she had linked in her Instagram profile ‘had nothing to do with Kroy dying.
‘The story was a tribute to many we’ve lost this past year. And yes my relationship was lost too so it seemed fitting.’
She then scolded fans for thinking that she’d ever announce Kroy’s death in such a callous way.
‘People also need to get serious,’ she said. ‘Do you actually think if Kroy died—even with all of the issues we’ve had—my first instinct would be to go to my Instagram and post #LinkInBio with his pic and #RIP attached?
‘Anyone who knows me—including my dear fans—know that I’d have more tact and class and compassion than that.’
Zolciak then advised fans who were upset by the post to ‘learn how to read and not jump to conclusions.
‘To reiterate- Kroy is alive and well and did NOT DIE nor did I ever say he has died. And that’s that,’ Kim concluded.

Another snarky commenter added: ‘You can’t afford to give anything away!’

In a financial report that’s part of their ongoing divorce Kroy alleged that Kim invested in Bitcoin and the lottery, spending $161,912.87 in 2021 and an additional $65,966.95 in 2022.
Kroy’s filing was in response to Kim’s request for privacy in a motion to avoid handing over financial documents.
