Savannah Guthrie built an abrupt exit from Now — but for a pleasurable purpose.
After showing on the initial hour of Today, Guthrie, 52, significantly stepped out of the NBC morning clearly show a handful of minutes into the next hour on Friday, April 26. Her cohost Hoda Kotb unveiled the rationale powering her exit, telling viewers, “Savannah still left a minimal early right now to get her weekend began.”

Ahead of Friday’s show, Guthrie loved expending time with various cute little ones on These days. All through the show’s Wednesday, April 24, episode, she was spotted keeping the little one of These days producer Carter McKay.
“Me + Oliver ❤️,” Guthrie captioned Instagram snaps of herself and her coworker’s child during the day’s episode. “Thank you for allowing me hold/steal your adorable child @cartermckay and Brian.”
