Arizona House lawmakers on Wednesday handed a invoice to repeal a close to-total abortion ban from 1864 on the books in the point out.
The bill will now go to the condition Senate right after all 29 Property Democrats and three Republicans voted in favor of the repeal.
The ban was held up by the Arizona Supreme Court previously this month.
