Erica Packer and her new beau Shannon Bennett have reportedly taken their blossoming romance to the next step.
James Packer‘s ex-wife, 46, is said to have recently bought a house with the chef, 48, just months after they first went public as a couple reported Sunday Confidential.
The publication claimed the pair are ‘going strong’ and have decided to expand after living in Shannon’s $2million beachfront property at Belongil Beach.
Between them, the lovebirds have nine children, with Shannon sharing Phoenix, Hendrix, Xascha, Xanthe, Xahlia and Margaux with ex partner Madeleine West.
Meanwhile, Erica co-parents children Indigo, Jackson and Emmanuelle with ex-husband James.

Celebrity chef Shannon recently opened up about his new romance with the glamorous former singer Erica.
He told Herald Sun in March: ‘Erica is great. She’s really good, going back and forwards a lot. It’s a fun and amazing adventure, it’s amazing we haven’t met earlier.’
‘We’re loving life. I’m a very lucky man.’

Shannon and Erica were first spotted out and about together over the Christmas holidays.
Erica married James, 56, in 2007 and they later split in 2013, but are on good terms as they co-parent their three children.
Erica reportedly received a $100 million divorce payment, and purchased a family home in Los Angeles shortly after the break-up.

James also bought an $80million Los Angeles mansion so he could be closer to Erica and their children whenever he was in town.
When Erica visits Sydney, she often lives with her former husband and their children at James’ $72 million Crown penthouse home.
In contrast, Shannon’s relationship with ex-partner Madeleine, 44, is not as amicable following their split in September 2018 after 13 years of dating.
Madeleine later stated the separation process ‘turned love toxic’, and Shannon, who rose to fame on MasterChef Australia, revealed Madeleine sees their children fortnightly while they spend the remainder of the time with him.
